Abigail Turner – Counselling Psychologist in Training

Abigail Turner

Abigail is a trainee Counselling Psychologist at EASE Wellbeing. She is studying at City, University of London on the Counselling Psychology doctorate course. Abigail began her studies at the University of Essex, where she completed a BSc in Psychology, then completed a certificate in counselling and psychotherapy at Regent’s University. Following her MSc in Research Methods with Psychology at City University, Abigail co-authored a publication on mindfulness and chocolate cravings to expand on her dissertation. Abigail has worked with young people who self-harm using group therapy at non-profit organisation The WISH Centre where she now also works as a trainee therapist. Abigail also has training in delivering a psycho-educational course for those with eating disorders and their carers.
