Kemi Omijeh (she/her) is a Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer with over 12 years, post qualification experience. Kemi predominantly works with children and young people and supervises senior leaders, safeguarding leads, therapists and counsellors. As a Trainer and Therapist, she works in a culturally informed and creative way to help clients deepen their understanding of mental health topics. She is committed to championing inclusive mental health practices and ensuring that we are not pathologizing individual’s racialised experiences.
Kemi passionately believes that good mental health is the foundation for success across all areas of life. She has a special passion for, and extensive experience working in schools and offers trauma informed consultation to schools on developing their mental health, wellbeing and inclusion practices. Driven by the belief that conversations about mental health should be normalized and accessible to all, Kemi prioritizes psychological safety and inclusion in her work. She has extensive experience in various organizational and corporate settings, particularly within education and local authority mental health services.
Kemi specializes in inclusion, cultural identity and awareness, antiracist practices, inclusive workplace wellbeing, and anxiety.
