Teenage Mental Heath and Support Services for Under 18's

We are a counselling and mental health support service that support people over 18 years so we are unable to provide therapy for under 18’s directly.

Below is a list of useful services and advice lines that are relevant to your age group to help you.

We hope that looking at the websites and speaking to these more relevant services can help you see it is common for under 18’s to struggle with their feelings and that there is help available.

If you are in crisis and/or feel that you or someone else is at risk, then call 999 to get immediate support.

Red Cross

The Red Cross is an organisation started in 1863 with the purpose of bringing help from a neutral and impartial position to those that had been injured in war on both sides. From there the Red Cross has grown into an organisation that will go to any humanitarian crisis around the world and find ways to provide help to those that are suffering.

As part of their vision to help anyone that needs it, they have developed a youth education section containing activities and videos to help young people aged 7-18 to support themselves and help them understand their feelings better.
