Dr Jon Goldin

Consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Child Health

Dr Jon Goldin BSc (Hons) MB ChB DCH FRCPsych is a Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Great Ormond Street Hospital and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Child Health. He has been Head of Service on the Mildred Creak Unit since 2002 and is Joint Head of Psychological and Mental Health Services (PAMHS) at GOSH.Since 2013, Dr Goldin has been Joint Training Programme Director for the Great Ormond Street/Royal London Higher Training Scheme in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is also the Elected Vice-Chair of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Faculty Executive at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.He is the Royal College of Psychiatrists Lead for Parliamentary Engagement.He has many years’ experience of consulting and teaching on leadership and management programmes and is on the Faculty of Judge Business School, Cambridge University. Dr Goldin has an interest in public engagement and lobbying around CAMHS issues and has been interviewed widely on both TV and radio.
