Sue is a UKCP trainee psychotherapist working towards her MSc qualification in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. As well as her training work at EASE, she has experience working with clients on a longer-term basis at a low-cost counselling service in Ealing.
She has a BA in History and an MSc in Social Policy. Before deciding to train as a psychotherapist, she spent over 20 years working as a social policy researcher, carrying out qualitative research among a range of different population groups.
She offers a supportive and non-judgemental space for clients to express difficult thoughts and feelings and to explore options for change. She has a particular interest in working with the challenges that can arise from ageing, loss, shame and relationships.
