Zahra is a trainee Psychotherapist/Counsellor at EASE Wellbeing. She is working towards her MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of East London, accredited by BACP. She has also completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at City University London and a Postgraduate Foundation Psychotherapy course at the Minster Centre.
Zahra has worked with distressed and suicidal clients at the Samaritans and is a bereavement counsellor for a charity in Brent. Her interests include working with individuals with anxiety and depression and she has a particular interest in cultural identity.
Zahra works within an integrative framework which means she can tailor therapy according to client’s needs. She provides a supportive and safe space for her clients where they can reflect on their issues and work through them. Finally, Zahra offers therapy in Arabic as well as English.
